1. The car condition was AWFUL! We rent the cars all over the world for at least 100 days during the year (travel a lot for business and leisure). I've never obtained even low-level cars (not BMW Z4 which we rented this time). The car has no suspenders AT ALL - even the small hillock on the road is a BIG problem. Every road hump causes severe blasting and rumble. The condition of the car is DANGEROUS and unacceptable! Even the "check engine" lamp was on and engine misfired all the time. We had to change all our plans for holidays as we couldn't go anywhere we wanted on this car. We usually rented the cars in *** on Canarias - and we'll do so in future as their cars are well-maintained, at least. And they never offer cars with 150,000 km travelled, BTW.2. It's unacceptable, as well, that you have only 1 person for 20 Clients who arrived by our flight. We travelled in business class so we were the second ones in the queue. We waited for 1 HOUR! Being the second ones (friendly speaking, the first ones but your representative preferred to serve gentlemen from Germany who came after us first). Anyway - 1 hour of waiting to get the car when your turn is second! Inappropriate. All documents are not ready - they're filled in when you're standing right there and waiting. Why? And I even don't know how long waited all other people from our flight (there were a lot of them). And the representative (extremely sloooooooow) knows nothing about the car, the renting policy and the insurance policy - and we haven't received this info prior to going to the airport.WELL - it's a first time when I say it - THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL.

I appreciated possibility to take up and give off a car directly at a hotel. Price is very good and personnel confiding in customer.

The car had a not working front light so we spent some time at the garage, the car was not new but clean and good, very fast pick up and delivery of the car in airport, we recommend this car rental and we hope to have possibilities to rent a car of their soon

Important is to give a little map of the airport, the position of the arrivalhall, the street, the rental parking and your parking next to it.

I have hired cars from Canarias.com for about 5 years now, each time in mid-January, and from Tenerife South Airport. These have always been pre-booked online. I have found the service to be faultless and to represent very good value for money. The pick-up and return location is conveniently situated in row 9 of the hire-car parking area and close to arrivals and departures. A 100 Euro additional conditional payment is levied, via credit card, but this has always been refunded a few days after I have returned the car in good order. I recommend advanced online notification of passport and driving license information to save time with the paperwork upon arrival and collection. This year (2014) I opted to pay the hire charge in cash (Euros) upon collection. I highly recommend this hire company. I have not used any other on Tenerife, but in other countries I have had bad experiences with some well-known car hire firms.

Плохо что нет офиса в южном аэропорту. А так все замечательно. Арендовал на 35 дней. Очень приветливый персонал!

good service.evenhad to change the car as autowindows broke they even changed it on xmas day.we need a car with a boot that locks without showing contents as we bring our own wheelchair so ot would mean the chair can be left in the boot without having to take it out each day.have already book a car for june.

Controle the car better before renting it out. No water for the screenwiper and the sceenwiper was in very bad conditon (i bought a new one).

Did not like that at the airport no one there to meet and had to search the representative of the company. When flew also had to look for a representative. The car was not gasoline. We went in the evening refueling could not find it, and were afraid to stay on track. When we ordered from other companies, we had a car with a full tank and we returned with full tank. I recommend you to consider my wishes.

I recommend:1) provide for the possibility of payment by bank cards in remote offices, which are located in the hotels;2) lower prices and make them comparable and competitive, for example with the operator "Auto Europe";3) provide an opportunity to service customers and make Russian-language section of your web site;4) support obeschetit return client franchise, such as me, a franchise of 100 euros is still not entered the bank card!!!
