We loved your service! The car is new and with good options. The wait staff is very friendly. We got more than we expected! We also bought tickets for travel. We got good tips for trips (parking, price, time, etc.). We are from Russia, and received a service in Russian! (Special thanks to the staff office of El Duque). We plan to visit the Canary Islands in January, and will order the service from you. Thank you very much!

In the car indications of meters of gasoline were not true, so I was forced to overpay for refueling the car. To change system of fuel upon receipt and return a car.

For the reservation, everything could be done in English, so for us, this was a plus. Also the person which was waiting at the airport spoke fluently English!Maybe an possible improvement: we already sent all necessary information by mail. Upon arrival, all information had to be given again. It would be nice if all information given was already written in the papers so that delivery of the car was faster..

We reserve every Year by your company for at least 5 years; our car the last year was already in a pretty poor state, while we do not take the bottom of the range; the car that we had this year was in a pitiful state and was not worth the price of rent which we paid you! Nor the ttrust to appeal to your services every year...

zeer tevreden, goede service, vlotte afhandeling van documenten, zeer vriendelijk personeel en snelle interventie indien nodig.een voorbeeld, wij waren klaar voor uit eten te gaan, kom ik aan de auto, platten achterband, wij nemen contact op en 20 minuten later brachten ze mij een andere (dezelfde auto, megane cabrio) zodat wij zo weinig mogelijk tijd zouden verliezen. ( ergens anders komen ze het wiel vervangen wat uiteraard tijd kost)Ik was aangenaam verrast.

a certificate stating that the engine oil and brake fluid is ok. Would be nice to know when you go into the mountains.

i have used canarias for about 7 years averaging about 2 to 3 hires a year for periods of around 6 wks i have allways received good rates new model clean cars and there is never been any issues ie trying to rip you off with add on ie insurance petrol damage etc the collection and return set up is easy and avoids all the fuss genaraly associated with hiring phil dunn

I booked the car (7 seats) one day in advance. The car was available, price lower the market and everything rest as promissed by web site booking. After first day I got some trouble with battery but Canarias has changed the higher level car within 30 min. I saw a lot of interesting places at Tenerife thanks to Canarias. I would recommend them to deal with.

During the last days I took two different cars. About Aveo and its delivery into the airport - all perfect, thank you! Especially thanks for the employee, which could speak Russian. But the contract Megane cabrio (5 days) was a disappointment. I did not have enough gasoline to the nearest gas station!!! I waited 40 minutes for your help in the heat. Next to the police station. I had a lot of stress and heat stroke because of this incident. In addition, the car had breakage, has not worked folding passenger seat, and children had to enter through driver's seat (it was not safe), didn't work a music centre. So, for two contracts I put the average score.
