Excellent service, personnel très compétent et agréablement multilingue. Documents près en temps et heure. Véhicule parfaitement conforme à la demande.

We have had a problem with the business ours of your office. The business ours are written on the last side of the contract, I have not seen it. Because the office was not near our hotel, it was angry that it was closed. We have to be waiting and spend the time for some other things. Please write the opening time for the office in front of the contract firstly, in bold letters.

All very straightforward. Booked online two days before pick up, no problems at pick up time. Was able to leave the car at our hotel for pick up at the end of the rental, which was convenient. All very satisfactory.

Molto cortese la signora dell'ufficio presso l'hotel Roca Nivaria che ha ricevuto la mia richiesta (inoltrata in internet). L'auto, una Panda, aveva bisogno di una revisione ai freni e anche del freno a mano

Price, servie, booking procedure, support and handling at the airport TFS are very good. The cars are not always in good conditions.

A quick straight forward process taking and returning the Hire vehicle. Great to be picked up from our hotel to collect the car and a lift back after returning it freeof charge, thank you.

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Ho noleggiato l'auto in internet e l'ho ritirata presso l'htl. Roca Nivaria. La signora che mi ha seguita nell'ufficio presso l'hotel è stata molto gentile e mi ha anche agevolata quando ho dovuto restituire l'auto prima del tempo per motivi personali.

I'm satisfied with the service I got. No surprises and that's a good thing: exactly the car I requested (even the color), with the equipment I requested and at the agreed rate.Not the cheapest place, but price wasn't the main factor for me to begin with.

Everything OK, maybe it would be nice to have the car brought and returned to your hotel instead of having to go to the central office and wait for a driver to take you there and back upon retrieval and return of the vehicle. Otherwise, great service.

Dropping the car at the airport didn't look like a good idea since there is nobody there to inspect the car. Other than that everything was great.

Very reasonably priced car rental, they came to the hotel to pick us up right on time, and dropped us back again after our rental finished. Price as quoted, just one small attempt to upsell tyre and glass insurance. Pricing very fair - with good fuel policy (pick up and return 3/4 full) and low costs for extra driver and child seats. The car itself was not high spec, but was very clean, and only had 2,500km on the clock. The second time we have used them. Would definitely recommend again.
