Leider kann ich nicht genügend englisch, aber ich kann bestätigen, dass alles immer hervorragend organisiert ist. Wir werden auch das nächste Mal wieder bei Canarias buchen.

La voiture était parfaite. La remise des clés à 5h00 du matin, dans la boîte aux lettres était facile, mais le supplément de 25€, un peu élevé...L'accueil au bureau de Las americas, tres agréable.Je reviens tous les ans et je relouerai volontiers chez Canaries.com

I ordered a car via internet, when I arrived I didint get the class a reserved, I was downgraded. People charged me the amount for the more expensive car.Car broke down (motor issue), just fueld up to car, replacement car was empty (fuel) and airco didn´t work. I had to fuel up the car, had issues getting any refund, poeple were unpolid despite the issues you gave me.So I am very unhappy with the service I got.

I think that the financial aspects of the transaction should not be conducted in a car park, especially when cash is involved

Si possible donner la voiture demandée, nous avions demandé une Dacia Sandero, nous avons eu une Nissan Micra. Nous avons réservé pour 1 mois : on espère l année prochaine commander pour 2 ou 3 mois et avoir un bon prix !

Everything was perfect. Your relationship with the hotel meant that the hotel staff were willing to assist if there were any problems - which there were not!

We suggest you to organize normal reception desk at the South airport at Tenerife instead of "chair" at the meeting point.

You need to have more clear indication where to leave the car at the airport of Tenerife SUR. No one indicator!!! Just to try to finde the parking 9 to leave the car

I was very satisified with the complete procedure.I telephoned your main office before booking and all my questions were answered.Online booking was easy.I collected my car from your office in the hotel Bahia Principe Costa Adeje and returned it there which was very convenient as I stayed at the hotel.*** in the office was most helpful and I added local insurance to cover tyres and glass.I would have already recommended you to someone else and will definately use you again.Thank you. ***

We have had a problem with the business ours of your office. The business ours are written on the last side of the contract, I have not seen it. Because the office was not near our hotel, it was angry that it was closed. We have to be waiting and spend the time for some other things. Please write the opening time for the office in front of the contract firstly, in bold letters.

All very straightforward. Booked online two days before pick up, no problems at pick up time. Was able to leave the car at our hotel for pick up at the end of the rental, which was convenient. All very satisfactory.
