Our combined collection and return service lets you collect your vehicle at one office and return it to another with ease. For example, you can collect your car in the south and return it in the north at the end of your stay, or vice versa.

Where can I check each office's opening hours?
Each service point has opening hours adapted to flights, ferries or hotel areas. You can check the exact, up-to-date opening hours on each office's individual page before choosing your collection or return time.
How does collection work if I am staying at a hotel with a service desk?
If you stay at one of our partner hotels with a service point, our staff will hand you the contract and keys directly in the hotel lobby at the agreed time, so you do not have to travel to an external office.
What documents do I need when collecting the car?
To collect a vehicle at any of our offices, you must present a valid driving licence for each driver, a valid identity document (ID card or passport) and your booking confirmation.
Can I hire a car directly at the office or do I need to book online?
Although we accept bookings at the counter subject to availability, we recommend booking in advance through our website. We do everything we can to provide your chosen model, and you can benefit from the 10% online payment discount.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you provide your flight number when booking at Tenerife South or North Airport, our team monitors your arrival so they can wait for you and coordinate vehicle collection smoothly, even if your flight is delayed.
