Choose your car based on seats, pushchair and luggage. Check models and availability for your dates in our vehicle fleet.
A cheap option for families of three or four travelling with moderate luggage. Models such as the SEAT Arona, the Hyundai Bayon or the Hyundai i20 Classic offer a balance between size, comfort and budget.
If you need two child seats, also check how much space they leave and the boot capacity before choosing.
If you travel with large suitcases, a baby pushchair and beach bags, boot space becomes especially important. The Dacia Duster, the Volkswagen T-Cross, the Citroën Aircross or the DFSK 500 Sunroof are options worth considering.
Not all folded pushchairs take up the same space: choose the vehicle based on its dimensions and the suitcases you will bring. Check our selection of SUVs and crossovers, subject to availability.
An automatic gearbox means you don't have to use the clutch while driving. It can be especially comfortable in traffic and on Tenerife's steep roads.
Check our selection of automatic cars, with options such as the Hyundai i20 or the Citroën Aircross.
If you travel with more children, with the grandparents or with another family, having more seats lets you share journeys and organise excursions together.
Check our 7-seater vehicles, such as the Volkswagen Caddy or the Nissan X-Trail 5+2, or our 9-seater minibuses for larger groups.
Before booking your cheap family car hire, count your suitcases and add the space taken up by the pushchair, backpacks, beach bags and children's accessories.
Boot capacity depends on the model, the version and the seat configuration, so it's best to check it against the actual luggage you will be carrying.
Two adults and one child. With moderate luggage, you can consider a compact or a crossover such as the SEAT Arona.
If you bring a pushchair, check its folded dimensions and how it fits alongside the suitcases. If you also travel with a child seat, bear in mind the space it takes up on the back seat.
Two adults and two children. A Dacia Duster, a Volkswagen T-Cross or a Citroën Aircross could be options to consider.
The choice will depend on the size of your suitcases and child seats: if you need two seats, check that they fit comfortably in the rear seats and that there is still room for luggage.
Prioritise load capacity and how easily the pushchair fits alongside the luggage. You can consider the Dacia Duster or the DFSK 500.
Before booking, check the folded dimensions of the pushchair and also count backpacks, beach bags and any children's accessories.
If you travel with large suitcases or bring a pushchair and children's accessories, keep in mind that boot space can be reduced when using the third row of seats.
Before booking, consider how many seats you will need and how much luggage you will carry to choose the most suitable configuration.
