Encantado con el trato personal y el servicio Tuvimos un error en el vuelo nos equivocamos de aeropuerto y nos ayudaron muchísimo nos pusieron un coche gratis para viajar hasta el hotel bahía duque donde nos esperaba nuestra reserva nos atendió una chica que se llama vanesa en el aeropuerto norte encantadora atenta nos soluciono hasta el último problema muy encantados mi mujer y yo con ella fue un 10 gracias vanesa por toda tu ayuda ojalá vuelva a veros pronto me llevo de Tenerife un 100 en trato y cercanía

Everything went just fine. Very easy procedure and car was good and clean. They desfinfected keys and handles before they handed the car over to us. To return we only parked the car and dropped the keys in a Box. Friendly staff. We will repeat!

We arrived at the airport Reina Sofia in Tenerife and looked for the car rental office. It was not there, where the other offices are and it was closed. No information where to go to get the car, no Telefon number, nothing! Because I speak Spanish we could ask several people and found a space where an old car was parked and in the trunk of that car was a man sitting, who filled out the rental documents. When we want to bring the car back, we entered the parking space where all the car rentals are. No Canarias.com! There was no way to get to the parking space where we rent the car. After asking several people again, I had to get out, drive around the airport and then I just went to the normal parking space and got to the space of CANARIAS.com from there. Nobody was there, so I put the keys in the „box“ of the old car.If someone doesn’t speak spanish, they’re lost! It’s no service at all and difficult to find.

Fácil contratación, personal de contratación muy amable, sin problemas para recoger y devolver el vehículo.En concreto para una isla tan montañosa como Tenerife creo que es necesario un vehículo con mayor potencia.

estimados amigos de Canarias,com. reserve un vehículo con ustedes para mis vacaciones en Santa Cruz, la reserva fue muy fácil, así como la comunicación por email. con ustedes, la entrega fue rápida en el aeropuerto, así como toda la información recibida a su recepción, tanto la información de si surgía algún problema con el vehículo como para su devolución, fue clara y de gran ayuda, si vuelvo ala isla o tengo conocimiento de que algún amigo va a ir, les recomendaría seguro. muchas gracias.

No recomendaría esta empresa a otros.En nuestro caso, haviendo contratado deposito de lleno a lleno, se nos entrego a 3/4 y teníamos que entregarlo a 3/4, cosa imposible de calcular exactamente y por la cual lo dejas más lleno de lo que tw lo dieron. A parte de esto, al coche le faltaba la bandeja del maletero, cosa que hizo que nunca pudiéramos dejar nada dentro. Parece una tontería, pero por ejemplo el ultimo día, para no dejar la maleta a la vista, estubímos toda la mañana cargando con ella.No es nada grave pero son las cosas que marcan la diferencia.

No si es el coche en si o que fue pero coche con tan poca potencia con tanto desniveles, lo pase alguna veces mal con el coche no tiraba, por lo demás perfecto.
