The e-mail contact to extend my booking with one day was very good. Even picking up and taking the car back to Canarias was good.Only the 100 euro deposit was not told me when I booked on the site, this 100 euro I was getting back when I delivered the car.

Order Procedure - Excellent. Support - Excellent. Only reservation, we love the Hyundai i10, BUT the last two cars have been very old and looked it! There were 18 recorded dents and scratches on the last one. Please make sure we get a car we are not ashamed of when we come in October.

excellent contact and reactivity; Reliable innformation and commitment. The contract signature and car delivery could be improved., although we know this is the price to pay for having reasonable car hiring prices !!!

At our arrival the Car we rented was not availble. No problem but its rather unusual that te lady gave us a very used and old vehicle with a lot off Miles...The next day we went to the office and we recieved again not the Car we asked for but a + rated Car. Thank you ;) we Will come back! Pascal & Caroline

El coche no es como anunciaban. En ningún sitio dice que no va a tener bandeja en el maletero. El contrato no es claro. El método de retirada / entrega tampoco es adecuado. Lo mejor es que el coche no dio problemas mecánicos y pudimos usarlo sin muchos problemas.

Very satisfied very good deal and good cars. The disadvantage is that there is no rear tray and you can not leave objects in the car.

The only one thing could be improved. Is that small deposit about 15 Euros for the fuel should be returned, but they didn't returned it, in fact. Anyway, there are small money, no problem, but they shouldn't call it a "deposit" :)
