Уже пять лет арендую автомобиль в Канариас.ком. Всё супер! Попала в ДТП (врезались в меня) - поменяли машину в этот же день. Разрядился аккумулятор - быстро приехали, прикурили. Всегда машины были хорошего качества, чистые, всегда подавались во время. Спасибо!

I was very pleased by the service of Canarias.com, they pick you up at your hotel. They are very friendly and it was a good and clean car. We had a great holiday and went to the Teide and Anaga, it is easy with a rental car to see the whole island in a week. Nice to go with a small car.Thank you!

My reservation was cancelled without notification, therefore the car was not available upon my arrival to pick-up point. I will never recommend canarias.com and will only strongly advise to avoid the company.

In our case we have had collect and return point 'Troya hotel' up to 21:00 (day does not matter) this was confirmed on call (I've called to canarians.com after filling the web form) and the same confirmation I recieved on e-mail, at the last day in the morning just for curiousity I've asked the canarians.com lady in the hotel who will collect my car in the hotel at 21:00 and she answered that this is not possible in general because office of canarians.com will close at 20:00 and more over this is the only place where I can take back my deposit (100E). No one, literaly, no one have told me something about this before, fortunately we did everything right. But from my point of view the web form should not allow to choose impossible option, also the personel of canarians.com who answers on phone have to inform customers that the place of car return is the only the canarians.com office (imagine if I have had the plane the same evening and have no option to return car and get my deposit back in the hotel as it was confirmed!). Maybe this was too obvious to explain, maybe lady in the hotel was not right and there is an option to return car in the hotel. From my point of view it was potential issue with hard to predict circumstances.

The order procedure was quick and simple. Car delivery/return was excellent and quick though the lack of formal service counter is a bit awkward... the overall service was very satisfactory but provided some level of adventure feeling which required faith (peocedure is very personal but not conventional... :-))Will recommend to others!
