Todo perfecto. Incluso nos facilitaron ampliar el horario de alquiler, ya que llegamos antes de lo esperado. El coche prácticamente impoluto y funcionaba a la perfección. Iba tan fino que al ralenti ni se notaba que el motor estaba en marcha. El personal muy simpático y atento. Sin duda recurriremos a canarias.com en las futuras visitas.

A little bit disappointed because it said "Seat Ibiza" (even on the paper we had to sign when we actually took the car), and we ended up with an old Clio. Other than that, being able to leave the car at the airport is very convenient. Also the deposit was only ***€.

Alquilé el vehiculo en la sede del Hotel ***. La encargada que me atendió fue siempre muy amable, profesional y agradable. Incluso tuve un problema durante nuestra estancia y nos ayudó aconsejándome. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Además no tenían disponible el vehículo que reservé y me dieron uno de mayor categoría por el mismo precio.

It was our first time we rent a car by Canarias.com. I believe it's not the first and last time. The men who was waiting for us was very friendly. The car was clean and in a perfect condition.

Car old, not fully clean and in not good shape. Expensive. 30 minutes for the check in and nobody for the check out I left the car with the keys in the garage.

Al realizar la reserva por Internet me comentaron que me la confirmaban en un máximo de 48 horas y no lo hicieron. Tuve que llamar expresamente para conseguir el vehículo contratado. Excepto por este punto todo lo demás funcionó corectamente

Todo perfecto, la reserva muy rápido, la entrega del coche sin esperas, vehículo en perfecto estado y limpio, personal muy amable, todas las facilidades a la hora de la devolución del vehículo. 100 recomendable.

Mi opinión es que su se.reserva un coche ese es el que te tienen que dar. No hay problema con vehículo pero si con los años del mismo.... luego veías en otras entidades y la flota de coches no tenía nada que ver

La radio no funcionaba, a las 5 minutos de coger el coche saltó el testigo de la presión de neumáticos y tuve que parar a hinchar las ruedas e ir toda la semana con el testigo encendido. La caja de cambios estaba rota

Definitely a very positive experience at all stages from booking to returning the car.a little suggestion related to the car that was a little dirty and a little bad.
