Hola, en primer lugar, deberían saber que soy española y puede que no sepa inglés. Me he tomado la molestia de utilizar el traductor para contestar la encuesta.No se comunican muy bien entre ustedes y eso me ha hecho perder tiempo y tener que demostrar que había pagado.También deberían avisar que para ustedes contratar el depósito lleno significa que si el cliente no lo usa todo, ustedes se benefician de ese resto. Sin embargo , en otras compañías no es así.No recomendaré su empresa.

El trato fue perfecto. Una de las sillas de bebé tenía los anclajes atascados pero pudimos resolverlo rápido.

This was the third time that we have rented a car from canarios.com, and each time the service was impeccaable. This time we were even given an upgrade on the car reserved.

El proceso de devolución hace dudar un poco (dejar el coche en un parking público con las llaves dentro se me hace extraño) pero por lo demás todo perfecto

The webpage doesnt work right with google automatic english translations. After i had picked car and dates, it just errors. So i had to reserve it on spanish.This was of course minor issue. Everything else was perfect.i was specially happy, very pleased to the customer service of the lady on the los gigantes. Will definitely rent again and tell others about canarias.com.

Encontrar el coche por la noche en el parking puede mejorarse acercándolo a la zona de llegadas.

The man who helped us rent the car was very nice, but the woman who called me to say that I would not get my deposit back due to a scratch on the car was extremely rude, condescending and aggressive on the phone. This call could have been handled much better and the representative could have communicated the situation without berating me. I will not be using Canarias.com again.

Coche nuevo y muy buena atención

El coche estaba en muy buenas condiciones y el trato con el trabajador de canarias.com fue muy bien y muy atento. Pero el precio nos parecio abusivo, ***€ por 3 dias nos parecio exagerado.

All good with the service, the delivery and return of the vehicle, the price, etc. But unfortunately you ruin it by making up an unnecessary problem for the client: the car is handed without the rear tray (?¿).When the client demands it, they are treated as if that was a foolish request and given nonsensical excuses like that it is for safety reasons and to protect from thieves (??). So, I have to drive 90 minutes to my appartment and need to do grocery shopping on my way with all the luggage visible in my car. How is this possible protecting me from theft?? On the last day of my trip, I have to leave the accommodation early in the morning, and everywhere I go, my luggage is visible for potential thieves. Again, how is this protecting me? Additionally, the staff depicts Tenerife as if you could get robbed at every corner. Not a good publicity. They made me drive over to the main office from the airport (opposite direction to my accommodation) in order to get a tray. Once there they told me they did not have it and I should go back next day. Thus, I wasted around 40 minutes for nothing.If the policy of the company is to remove the trays, fine, just indicate so at your web page and the contract. This way the custome knows and can choose another company (of the many that I saw on the island that provide cars with trays). If I am renting an incomplete car, I deserve to know in advance.Everything else was good.

La atención recibida ha sido magnífica. Lo único mejorable, es con relación al vehículo, daba la impresión de estar falto de mantenimiento.

La persona que me atendió muy profesional y muy amablela atencion recibida tanto en la recogida como en el entrega fue muy buena.
