You need to have more clear indication where to leave the car at the airport of Tenerife SUR. No one indicator!!! Just to try to finde the parking 9 to leave the car

I was very satisified with the complete procedure.I telephoned your main office before booking and all my questions were answered.Online booking was easy.I collected my car from your office in the hotel Bahia Principe Costa Adeje and returned it there which was very convenient as I stayed at the hotel.*** in the office was most helpful and I added local insurance to cover tyres and glass.I would have already recommended you to someone else and will definately use you again.Thank you. ***

We have had a problem with the business ours of your office. The business ours are written on the last side of the contract, I have not seen it. Because the office was not near our hotel, it was angry that it was closed. We have to be waiting and spend the time for some other things. Please write the opening time for the office in front of the contract firstly, in bold letters.

All very straightforward. Booked online two days before pick up, no problems at pick up time. Was able to leave the car at our hotel for pick up at the end of the rental, which was convenient. All very satisfactory.

Molto cortese la signora dell'ufficio presso l'hotel Roca Nivaria che ha ricevuto la mia richiesta (inoltrata in internet). L'auto, una Panda, aveva bisogno di una revisione ai freni e anche del freno a mano

A quick straight forward process taking and returning the Hire vehicle. Great to be picked up from our hotel to collect the car and a lift back after returning it freeof charge, thank you.

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Ho noleggiato l'auto in internet e l'ho ritirata presso l'htl. Roca Nivaria. La signora che mi ha seguita nell'ufficio presso l'hotel è stata molto gentile e mi ha anche agevolata quando ho dovuto restituire l'auto prima del tempo per motivi personali.

I'm satisfied with the service I got. No surprises and that's a good thing: exactly the car I requested (even the color), with the equipment I requested and at the agreed rate.Not the cheapest place, but price wasn't the main factor for me to begin with.
