Whichever beach you choose, respect flags and lifeguard guidance. Tenerife’s south is sunny, but the Atlantic remains powerful. Bring sun protection and drink water regularly, even outside summer.
Getting there
Both beaches are straightforward from Costa Adeje. If you are driving, use official parking areas and check your accommodation’s parking rules. Combine the stop with the seafront promenade or a relaxed lunch in the area.
